Dicoba ya resepnya....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;Toge secukupnya (dibuang akarnya)&lt;br /&gt;Daw Miao secukupnya (byk yg jual di pasar or supermarket di sini)&lt;br /&gt;Cabe merah, iris serong&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih 3 dicincang&lt;br /&gt;Jahe secukupnya dipotong spt korek api&lt;br /&gt;Ikan bilis secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Tumis bawang putih sampe harum, masukkan ikan bilis, cabe dan jahe. Yuk, diintip resepnya...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ikan bawal putih&lt;br /&gt;Jahe==&gt; diiris panjang&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt minyak wijen&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm oyster sauce&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm light soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm air&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;wortel===&gt;parut&lt;br /&gt;daun sop/ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ikan dibersihkan dan dikerat di kedua sisinya. Tadinya males banget mo bikin karena pernah bikin sekali en gatot. Apa daya berhubung abang tukang siomay ga bakalan nongol di depan rmh akhirnya bikin dey. Alhamdulillah berhasil, siomaynya lembut n bumbu kacangnya pas di lidah. Monggo, diintip resepnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Siomay:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 gram fish paste&lt;br /&gt;200 gram ayam cincang&lt;br /&gt;3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;saos tiram secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;80 gram tepung kanji&lt;br /&gt;wantan skins&lt;br /&gt;2 buah tahu putih (kerok tengahnya)&lt;br /&gt;1 buah kentang ---&gt; Kukus&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur ----&gt; Rebus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya:&lt;br /&gt;Haluskan fish paste, ayam cincang dan bawang putih pake food processor. Setelah halus, kasih saos tiram dan masukkan tepung kanji, aduk hingga rata. Sendok adonan, taruh ditengah kulit wantan. Untuk tahu, masukan adonan ke tengah tahu yg udah dikerok. Kukus selama 10-15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saos Kacang:&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm Skippy Peanut Butter (Creamy)&lt;br /&gt;1 bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;1 cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;80 ml air panas&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt gula merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Haluskan bawang putih dan cabe merah. Masukkan bawang putih dan cabe merah yg udah halus ke dalam skippy peanut butter. Masukkan air panas sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata. Tambahkan gula merah. Dulu sebelum Rayna bisa makan nasi, biasanya Mummy buat yang kuahnya kental. Namun berhubung Rayna sukanya makanan yang berkuah, jadinya Mummy bikin kuahnya banyak dan gak kental. Ini dia resepnya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Baby Kailan satu bungkus ---&gt; potong jadi kecil-kecil&lt;br /&gt;300 gr daging tanpa urat yang di potong fillet&lt;br /&gt;1/2 bawang bombay ---&gt;iris kotak&lt;br /&gt;Bawang putih ---&gt; cincang&lt;br /&gt;kecap bango ---&gt;secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;Merica&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;Air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit margarin dan minyak utk menumis &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara Membuat&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Masukkan margarin dan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai wangi. Masukkan daging fillet, aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan air dan kecap. Masukkan garam dan merica saat air mendidih. Masak hingga daging empuk (bila daging blm empuk tapi air udah mau habis, tambahkan air dan kecap lagi). Setelah daging empuk masukkan kailan yg telah dipotong, masak hingga kailan layu. Bila suka kuah yang kental bisa ditambahkan 2-3 sdm tepung maizena yg sudah dilarutkan dengan air. Masukkan udang dan sosis. Aduk sehingga udang berubah warna. Masukkan wortel dan saus tiram, aduk rata. Beri air secukupnya biarkan hingga wortel empuk. Bubur Lambuk ini biasa dikenal sebagai bubur masjid. Disebut bubur masjid karena selama bulan Ramadhan, masjid2 biasanya membagikan bubur ini kepada umum. Bikinnya mudah lhooo. Yuk, dicoba &lt;img src="http://www.smilieshq.com/smilies/winking0019.gif" /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;minyak goreng secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;2 liter air&lt;br /&gt;200 gm daging cincang&lt;br /&gt;300 gm beras&lt;br /&gt;Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;daun sup diiris&lt;br /&gt;daun bawang diiris&lt;br /&gt;Telur dadar yang diiris &lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Bahan tumis:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cm kayu manis&lt;br /&gt;3 kuntum bunga lawang&lt;br /&gt;serbuk kari daging (secukupnya)&lt;br /&gt;5 biji buah pelaga&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;5 siung bawang merah, dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;Jahe seibu jari, haluskan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak di dalam panci dan masukkan bahan tumis. Aduk sehingga bau wangi.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan air, aduk rata. Kemudian masukkan daging cincang, aduk biar rata Masukkan rempah kari daging dan biarkan daging matang. Masukkan beras aduk rata. Masak sehingga nasi menjadi bubur.
